What Next?

  1. You will receive a confirmation email regarding your scheduled shoot. You will also receive a reminder email 12 hours before your scheduled shoot. If you do not receive an email confirmation within 10-15 minutes after you submit your order, please check your SPAM/JUNK folder. Please whitelist or mark our email as NOT SPAM so that other notifications will go to your INBOX.
  2. Make sure your property is ready for the shoot before our photographer arrives (preferably the day before) by following these guidelines.

  3. Once we have finished the shoot, the agent will receive an invoice via email containing the downloadable links. Note that invoices are due at time of delivery and can be paid online. If for some reason you have not received the email, please check your spam or junk folders as our invoices are generated through a 3rd party system.
